About

A Hong Kong technology and financial services company.

We build the infrastructure that lets regulated institutions put real-world assets on-chain — and we build it so that the line between our software and their licensed activity is never in doubt.

Work with us

Positioning

Infrastructure, not intermediation

Trilumi is an outsourced technology provider to licensed institutions. That is a real, recognised category — and it carries obligations of its own, which is precisely why institutions can buy from it.

We build and hand over the keys
Our clients run their own production environments, hold their own credentials and own their own data. We supply the system, the documentation and the support — not the operation.
We never touch client assets or client money
No treasury addresses in our configuration, no payment accounts in our name, no custody of keys. The money path does not pass through anything we control.
We hold no discretion
We ship the workflow; licensed staff make every decision inside it. There is no approval in our software that Trilumi is the one to grant.

Why Hong Kong

The best place in Asia to do this properly

Hong Kong has a supervisor engaged with tokenisation, a deep institutional base and demand that is growing fast — and it rewards firms that can evidence their controls rather than merely describe them.

A market that is actually moving
Tokenised products authorised for public offer in Hong Kong have grown sharply, and the institutional appetite behind them is real rather than experimental.
A standard worth building to
Hong Kong reviewers ask who controls the environment, the register and the money path. Designing for that question from the start produces better infrastructure for every market.
Positioned across Asia-Pacific
From a Hong Kong base we deliver into Greater China and Southeast Asia, with English, 繁體中文 and ภาษาไทย shipped as first-class languages rather than afterthoughts.

Principles

How we work

Four commitments that shape every engagement, and that a client can test rather than take on faith.

  • Least privilege

Support access is time-boxed, logged and revocable. We do not keep standing administrative access to a client system, because access we do not hold is access we cannot lose.

  • Evidence by default

If a decision matters to a supervisor, the system records it as it happens — actor, timestamp and prior value — rather than reconstructing it later.

  • Plain answers

If a design would put a client outside their perimeter, we say so before the build, not after the review. We would rather lose the scope than the client's licence.

  • Handover as the goal

Every engagement is designed to end with the client's team operating the platform independently. Lock-in is a business model we have chosen not to have.

Engagement

What working with us involves

No discovery phase that produces a slide deck. The first deliverable is a written perimeter your counsel can mark up.

Start a conversation
  1. We ask the uncomfortable questions first

Who is the licensed party, who holds the assets, who decides allocation, and which jurisdictions can see the offering. The answers determine everything after.

  2. We write the perimeter down

A short document stating what the platform will and will not do. It goes to your counsel before we write code, and it is what we build against.

  3. We build controls before interfaces

Register, restrictions, evidence and audit first. Screens are the easy part and they are worth nothing if the record underneath will not survive examination.

  4. We leave

Handover is the planned end state: your tenancy, your credentials, your source, your audit trail. We stay only as the support you keep choosing to retain.
